Welcome to the FLIM website, (the “Platform”) which is operated by Flim
(“us”, “we” or “our”).
We believe that the privacy and security of your information and data (“Information”) is very important. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the type of information we collect from users of the Platform, how that information is used, how information may be shared with other parties, and what controls our users have over their information. We encourage you to read this Policy carefully. Any updates or changes to this Policy will be posted on our website.

By using or accessing the Platform, you indicate and confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Policy.

Information we collect

Two types of information may be collected through our Platform:



(1) “Personal Information” such as your name and e-mail address and other information that can be used to identify you directly, and

(2) “Usage Data” which is data related to your use of the Platform (for example, the pages you visit, the sites you use before or after using the Platform), the sites you use before or after visiting ours) or anonymous information about the computer or device used to access the Platform (for example, your IP address or device identifier).

You can access the Platform and browse its content without submitting any personal information. However, if you wish to create an account, contact us, subscribe or register for newsletters, alerts or other communications, or otherwise communicate with us, we may ask you to provide certain personal information, such as your name and e-mail address.



When you submit personal information through the Platform, whether by providing it to us directly upon request or by voluntarily disclosing it, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Whenever you visit our Platform and whether or not you submit personal information, we may collect, store or accumulate certain usage data based on your use of our Platform, such as information regarding the pages you visited, the shots you viewed, the method by which you were directed to our Platform, the URLs you visited before and after using our Platform, the browser you use, your computer’s IP address, your device ID or other persistent identifier.

Use of information

FLIM collects and/or processes this data in order to :

  • – meet its contractual obligations and provide the information requested;
  • – ensure the follow-up of the commercial relationship and provide access to FLIM’s customer service;
  • – notify you of any changes to our services;
  • – administer the site and carry out internal operations (e.g. troubleshooting, data analysis, tests, research, statistics);
  • – ensure the security of the FLIM.AI site;
  • – measure the audience of the FLIM.AI site, evaluate its use and improve its content.

Sharing information

Your data is shared with people working at FLIM.

We may share your data with partners located in the European Economic Area who use your data on behalf of FLIM, including service providers for software development, data management, surveys and marketing, promotional services to the extent necessary for them to perform their services for us.

Except as described above, we will not disclose, rent, sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may also be shared with administrative or judicial authorities authorized by law as well as any authorized person, when FLIM will be obliged to disclose and/or share personal data in order to fulfil its legal obligations, to execute the Terms and Conditions of Use, or to protect your rights, property or safety and those of FLIM or third parties, as well as when we deem it appropriate to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities or suspected illegal activities.

Finally, we may share your information as part of a corporate transaction, such as a transfer, merger, consolidation or sale of assets, assignment or merger.

Your data is processed within the European Union. In the event of a transfer to a country outside the European Union, FLIM will ensure that this transfer is made to a country offering an adequate level of protection, or that it is governed by legal instruments guaranteeing said transfer a level of protection that complies with European requirements.
