Wedding in Prague in St. Thomas Church

Originally Gothic Church of St. Thomas was built on the foundations of the old Romanesque church. The church was consecrated in 1379. Difficult fate during the Hussite church when they were expelled by the local monks, and the church was burned down.

This Baroque orthodox Cathedral, designed by Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer and Paul Ignaz Bayer, was built from 1730 to 1736. The interior of the Orthodox church features stucco paintings by Michele Ignazio Palliardi and frescos by Jan Adam Schöpf.
